3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept multiple secure payment modes: credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and COD (where available).
• In case of pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped across serviceable pincodes in India only.
• Delivery timelines vary by location (3–10 working days approx.). Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted, only exchanges in cases of wrong/damaged/defective deliveries.
• Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of order placement if the order has not been shipped.
• Refunds are processed as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
