Kiddoz Kitchen – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kiddoz Kitchen Pvt Ltd (“Kiddoz Kitchen”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our practices regarding order processing, dispatch, and delivery when you shop on www.kiddozkitchen.com.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver products across India through our trusted logistics and courier partners.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand to global deliveries in the future.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities/towns: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 (depending on location) may apply.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may attract an additional handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with the tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt up to 3 times before the order is returned to us.
  • In case of incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a package that is tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If an incorrect or missing item is delivered, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@kiddozkitchen.com with order details and photographs.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we try to ensure timely delivery, factors outside our control (courier delays, lockdowns, strikes, natural calamities, etc.) may cause delays. Kiddoz Kitchen shall not be held liable for such situations but will do our best to resolve them.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available in select pin codes only.
  • Orders with COD may take longer to process.
  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in blocking COD facility for future purchases.

10. Non-Delivery & Reshipment

  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, wrong address), we will attempt to contact you for reshipment.
  • Reshipment charges may be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
